Environmental Matters
The Constitution asserts that every person has the right to a clean and healthy environment. The Firm of Arwa & Change LLP is committed to ensuring that the environment is protected. We have represented several clients before the National Environmental Tribunal and the Environment and Land Court to ensure that client’s environmental rights are protected. We have also engaged in alternative dispute resolution processes to ensure that concerns raised by both parties are addressed.
